"Do you want to know why Skyler Roundtree - State Farm get 5 star ratings? Because they deserve it! What wonderful customer service in such a competitive business. I had been with State Farm for over 30 years and their customer service spoiled me. I knew I was in great hands and the agent always dependable. Life took me from Oklahoma to Texas 6 years ago. I never met the Texas State Farm agent nor team members. I only called them twice to get information. I had my son call them as I was being wheeled into the operating room for emergency surgery. He passed on my question to a State Farm team member. Two days later it had not even been addressed when I called them to follow-up.
I left State Farm 8 months ago and swore I would never return until 2 months ago when I made contact to check on competitve pricing. That's when I met Kaden. I spoke with Ethan first and he immediately won me over with his personal connection. He truly cares about his clients.
